I've grown up dealing with shifty Agents, this one is pretty much the opposite. Responsive, knows the industry (not just in it to get rich), knows your area and isn't afraid of dealing with/unpacking conflict to make sure a deal goes through......even if she knows its not what you want to hear. Most important (to me), Victoria actually does/organises what she has promised.

With Victoria: I know who I'm dealing with (with previous agency, I had about 6 people named as my property manager and that changed all the time); I don't have to chase Vic to chase the tenant if I notice the rent is late as she would have already been on top of it before I noticed and informed me (in contrast, I wouldn't hear from my previous agency unless I reached out).
